Rubber Toys, Spare Tires, Lunchboxes and Genetics

When I was a young boy, about 3 or 4, I carried "spare" tires from my toy cars around in a small suitcase. Nothing glamorous by any means. There's plenty of photos to support this odd habit, and plenty of times when I've had to explain my behavior when the photos were put on display.

Lunch Box...or Rock Box?
Turns out that Ella has expanded this family custom by carrying around her rubber toys (squinkies) and other precious items (rocks, dolls, trinkets) in multiple lunch boxes and suitcases, with no coaching by me.

Is it genetic?
